Dear Bias is an interactive fan engagement tool created for SiriusXM’s K-Pop channel, designed to give listeners a more personal way to connect with the artists they love. The experience invites fans to leave voice messages for the channel and submit questions directly to their favorite K-Pop artists, turning audience participation into a central part of the channel’s storytelling.
I created the logo and key art for the tool, developing a visual identity that felt playful, fan-forward, and emotionally expressive while still fitting within the broader K-Pop channel launch system. I designed the logo to resemble a message bubble, referencing the visual language of fan-to-artist communication in K-Pop culture. Messaging platforms like Bubble, FANS, and Weverse are a familiar part of the fan experience, where artists share updates and communicate more directly with their communities. That context helped shape the identity into something fans would immediately understand: a direct line to their bias.
The final creative direction balanced polished pop aesthetics with a warm, interactive tone, helping position Dear Bias as both a branded channel feature and an invitation for fans to participate, speak up, and feel closer to the artists they love.
