This holiday season introduced the Holiday Hotline. Fans can record their spirited messages and favorite songs. Selected voice messages are then featured on the Holiday Seasoning Radio throughout the season.
To drive engagement for the Holiday Hotline, I developed a cross-channel creative suite designed to convert fans into active participants. I produced a series of high-energy video promos featuring Jimmy Fallon, optimizing the 'hook' to drive traffic to the interactive recording feature.
I also designed a conversion-focused email framework and social stills that simplified the user journey, resulting in a seamless 'record-to-radio' experience.
